I’ll keep this simple, too. If “earnings” per share is to be used to establish either market cap or PPS or anything else business wise for that matter, VYST will be severely overvalued at the current PPS.

VYST lost over $5M last year. The furniture store won’t even come close to covering that, no way no how. If it had a $5M profit, the valuation would be far higher than the $3.5M it sold for (ie - 58% sold @ $2M), so high in fact the principals wouldn’t be dinking around in stinky pink land. Bottom line is earnings for the combined entity are negative and will stay that way.
