I have no clue what is happening behind the curtain; purely speculation on my part.

All of my "due diligence" occurs before working hours, during lunch hour, and after working hours. I have a day job; not in the Financial Sector.

You can see from my moniker; I am from The Southside of Chicago. We tend to trust no one; especially after we have paid our money.

i.e., I am very concerned after finding out that Valero is involved with ICM. I do not trust Valero; they had a refinery in my old neighborhood. I knew several people who worked there after Valero acquired the refinery.
