Sorry to seem negative but QSIM is also noted as 'Delinquent SEC Reporting' and the SEC suspended trading on them the other day. I think it's a 10 day suspension and then QSIM probably trades on the Greysheets (maybe not if they quickly take care of the situation.)

It could happen here, though my guess is they're trying to avoid it. It would really upset RodDoc and nuUnlimited.
