I think 8 out of 10 in here are just flippers anyway so it's hard to relate to a lot of folks in here! I flip occasionally too but when I find a GREAT situation like this, I think I'd be a fool to do anything other than stay long, and make 5000% plus percent! That's what I think will happen in months!!! Not exactly how high but this is enormous IMO! I can wait even a year for those kinds of returns!
