I know exactly what a gapper is.
It happens all the time with penny stocks.

Watch as the ask evaporates with incoming volume and bid is 2 and ask is 3. That would be a gapper correct? Don't make statements that you do not know to be true! I worked on Wall Street for most of my younger years.

With volume on this penny today it would not be unheard of to see 2x3 tomorrow morning and new buyers will have to pay up if they want to own this company.
