I have a strong moral code that my word is my bond. Chris lied to me and I based some decisions on those lies.
Tim is a piece of crap and has remained dark because he was aware of his intentions and that has become clear. It became clear to late for me to get out and that is on me.
If I lost because the company just didn't do as well as expected, so be it. But they are cheating the shareholders at will and in my opinion that is wrong on so many levels.
