We are on time with our plan. We estimate that in August we will file the 8K/A (amendment) with the Swisslink acquisition, file our 10-Q (2Q) on time, and file the Reg A (1-A/A) with the Swisslink financials audited, and after that we expect an answer for the SEC in few days.

About our current stock price and the price of the offering, we estimate that 6$ per share reflects much better the business value of iQSTEL.
