I haven't seen anything posted on Twitter or Telegram yet despite people asking for details of the placement. I'm going to take a wild guess and say there is a cash buy option as part of the deal which in theory would be easily covered in 2021 assuming the company does as well as expected. My concern is that there's a big pile of deeply discounted new shares lying in wait. Granted, in the short term it's not a concern and the money is needed to start the promotional campaign. But I would still like to know what they gave up.
