Any connection between Sulja and the Middle East has yet to be shown. Most if not all of that "connection" may safely be assumed to be bullshit promulgated by PV, and believed to be true not only by SLJB investors, but by SLJB management, as well. Best write off any ME connection, in my opinion, and hope no lasting harm has been done as a result of all the speculation, hype, and outright lies on the part of PV. He lied about everything, as far as we know, except the "GFYM factor," which we didn't quite understand at the time he coined the term.
