I’m beginning to think if Fine said water is wet, y’all would jump all over her!

It is reasonable to assume that with this much at stake and Pestell’s inability to comment means that he could be preparing for litigation, hence is inability to comment!

The fact that he’s an expert witness in the past would indicate he’s well-versed in the machinations of these situations. Nader or the BOD wouldn’t be the first to terminate someone for cause, then get sued for wrongful termination. I’m certain that Pestell’s attorneys will be demanding internal communications to see if there was anything untoward to get to a desired outcome!

Just simmer down, watch and learn! So far, Nader’s credibility is zero! Wait for the CC and then comment. I’m tempering my expectations because I’ve been disappointed too many times
