I do like the Right to first refusal as it creates transparency and competition. Every offer has to be disclosed to AS and therefore starts the 30 day clock for AS to make a move and counter offer. They have a window to keep their place in line.

However I feel OM is the next drug to be partnered and has nothing to do with AS. Validation by a billion dollar global BP was the first domino. OM will be much bigger. IMO.
