Would think that there is a paper trail and there must have been an ongoing investigation

As far as them being found guilty my guess is that a trial or any resolution is over a year away
He has the money to pay good lawyers to fight and drag this in

I looked at his profile on FB and that is $$$$$ boat that is pictured on his profile

As far as his shares with POTN
If PITN has an agreement with the conversion of shares ..... then as has been said on this board .... a deal is a deal.

I’m guessing he posted bail and is a free man
