A/S increase and dilution is next for this 1:2000 Reverse Splitted ,now dead and stuck garbage

Which reminds me of another RS stock (ECO*X, formerly DIG*X), which did 1:1000 RS and now stuck and dead for a year now ,just like this one.
Interestingly enough, both companies used the employees of the same stock promotion firm to promote them and now both stocks destroyed the shareholders with massive Reverse Splits. coincidence?
Go check it out folks , same stock promotion firm's employees, involved in both stocks , which both Reverse Splitted and now both are dead stock.
