you wouldnt be able to participate in a class action settlement until it is settled. That could be years from now. In fact if their is a class action filed there would be a lead plaintiff who could be any shareholder. But damages and cash awards will be so out in the future it is not worth talking about . Im sick of people saying their is a lawsuit or that one should be filed. Forget it..the taint it there till it AINT,,and it wont be gone till the company performs and delivers meaningful earning revenues deals and NASDAQ uplist !
