Its to offload shares one last time...

Think about it... 1.2 billion float

The bubble is about to burst and they are trying to make one last run happen before it pops

Theres a limit to how much stock you can issue... idk if you know that

In fact they may not even be trying to make a new run, maybe they just want to offset the selling to make it look stable
