Just so everyone knows, Bishop called a shareholder meeting in late Feb., to be in early April. During that period when he made that announcement as he was still trying to play off a failed merger, insiders were selling away knowing the merger had failed. So the "Shareholder meeting" we were all looking forward to being a part of, never happened, and by the time early April came around, we were sitting in sub teens about to hit trips. My assumption was that he purposely said there was gonna be a meeting to keep people thinking good things were still happening.. IDK.. DD on this board is important, but every stock is different.. can it bounce back? Sure? Will it? Who knows. I don't trust Bishop enough to put a few grand on the line over it.
