5 days should be enough time for them to have at least sent you a message acknowledging your message to them, if nothing else at this point.

THAT'S IF you sent to your email on the 19th or the 20th or the 21st, because the twentieth and twenty-first were a weekend, nobody's going to respond to anything during those days and we just finished another weekend now, so you weren't going to get any response on those days. So the loss of four days needs to be taken into account as well.
