I mean you’re suggesting that if they filed the 10k later then the stock wouldn’t have dropped on them getting under $100k in revenue? They also needed the 10k filed to schedule the annual vote. They didn’t have to threat a reverse split, that was a threat from stating listed on Nasdaq lol. And if sonny always releases something when it’s the time to drop them you should ask yourself who’s interests he looks out for. Hint it’s not shareholders
