People are still testing the support level at 4....They may need to see the bid double the ask before they hit the ask.....I know the ask is much higher than reported....It could be on the order of 50 mil or so.

You can wait until the bid hit 100 mil before you hit the ask and take risk....Take risk...ummmm....take risk on a sub sub penny stock....Never heard of that before!
