Sounds more like the previous offering financiers wanted their money. This wasn’t a poison pill, that clause was put into the offering g for a reason and I warned about it long ago. My original assumption was incorrect about how it would be used, the bad part is my assumption was a way better case than what has happened from a dilution standpoint.
