Ok so you don’t understand how that works. Let’s say before this RS they sold some at .15, guess where the strike gets adjusted to? Let’s say they then sold some at .10, guess where the strike gets adjusted to? An ATM doesn’t sell all at once nor does it have to “we may offer and sell shares of our common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $1.6 million from time to time through Maxim acting as agent.” From time to time is the key word in this kind of offering especially when you have adjustable convertible securities. The lower the price the more shares that can be sold and also increases the amount of shares from last offering. Yes they likely have finished the ATM amount but likely not at once.
