that's right...in the works: debt relief arrangement with GW and Union is to Transfer the dead shell to them, they will restructure making the company private wiping out investors. They will start from scratch. Paul of course will remain a shareholder in the private company as will Chris because they’re all crooks. Paul literally can’t show his face in public again.
