Looks like something huge is happening here.

TMGI is in the business of 3 Billion Dollars CBD market plus Biotec industry.

Insiders and their associates are accumulating and buying shares under float in the name of reverse split. Later they will cancel reverse split without implementing it. I've seen these happening several times.

52-wk high was 45 cents per share! TMGI is a hidden gem. Wait and see guys!
