Awww, here, let me try to explain to those misinformed about the note conversions & free trading shares

See, on this one particular Note for $2M (one of several) back in Jan, GNBT sent IRREVOCABLE INSTRUCTIONS to the Transfer Agent to clear any conversions into FREE TRADING SHARES beginning on July 24th or 25th - the 6 month anniversary. Theres no wait for anything.

That's why on July 25th, the person from GNBT on the CC stated Shares were converted and into FREE TRADING SHARES!! Gee, that took an entire day!

no TA has called me



Well, why would they? They already have GNBTs instructions to convert & remove any restrictive legend

Hope this helps clear up the misinformation
