Somebody on a pm asked me about valuations and what makes sense here on pred. I’ll do my best to give you my thoughts. (I don’t do PMs here)
First and foremost and I don’t mean this to be in anyway disparaging to anyone, I don’t believe most of you truly know what this company is. I think that is the company’s fault and also people not truly understanding the space.

Most here are talking about stem cell treatments and endometriosis which is where the company is making its current and short term future revenues. These in their own right make the company a multi million $ company based on numbers and I think we will see that unfold over the next 12 months. That’s all good.

The real secret sauce here is their gene data base which is light years ahead of anyone in the space. They have been collecting for over 20 years, long before anyone else got into the game. Why is this important?

The future of medicine is going to be gene platform based and most of the future work in medicine is going to be based around this. In my opinion pred has the number one platform on the planet and as such the value is astronomical. For example 23 and me has a $1.8B valuation https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/22/23andme-2018-disruptor-50.html with a fraction of data they pred has.

Adpt has a 2.5B market cap and only focused on one area, nvta 2.5B market cap again with limited capacity and focus.

I believe pred as it unfolds will be working with multiple big pharma (pfe has a colab with 23 and me) who are all in this space and looking for the right fit. Pred is that fit. To date pred publicly is working in endometriosis, stem cell treatments for knees, back and has launched cellsure. Rumors abound of major colabs in cancer, heart, and other major diseases.

What does all this mean re valuation? Pick a number but on a personal level I believe over the coming years it will be north of $30b and I could be really wrong as it could be much more. Time will tell but this is only the start and pred hasn’t even told the world properly what they are. All the big pharma guys are here for a reason
