great post. folks ignore the preferred stock issue at their own peril.

i've tried to bring it up for discussion several times, but in vain.

potn has an abnormal capital structure that is wildly inimical to the interests of the common shareholders...

what's more, many of the longs don't understand the connection between the pps and the outstanding share count, including the diluted amount.

as a result, folks keep throwing out pps numbers such as 50 cents or even $1 without comprehending the market cap implications...not to mention the fact that potn appears to be diluting to the tune of over 100,000,000 shares p.a.
