The are going to try to arbritrate the McGowan v. Arrayit Corporation, pinnertest lawsuit instead of jury trial. From first hearing yesterday in SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA:

A Motion for Arbitration is set for 9—20—19 at 9:00a.m.

Set for further Case Management Conference on 9—20—19 at 10:00 a.m

On 9/20 there is also a hearing on the Arrayit v Iconic case in Superior Court in San Diego. Motion Hearing (Civil) scheduled for 09/20/2019 at 01:30PM before Judge Eddie C Sturgeon.
