Please provide the documentation for your statement that YAGI doesn't care about price drops. The price has had price drops of over 20% many times this year. Yesterday's trading session finished with a price drop of just under 20%, and the volume was unusually heavy at almost 195,000 shares.

If they have kept the stock they got when they converted any of their bonds, instead of selling it, then those drops represent large percentage reductions in the value of their investment in this pitiful company. It wouldn't be a stretch of anyone's imagination to say that YAGI sold a chunk of their own shares yesterday.
