A quick look thru the Bylaws confirms that minutes must be taken for each meeting, so one would need to access the meeting minutes for the day prior to the Government taking over. Similarly, I found in the Bylaws that there are very specific steps that must be taken to remove an individual from the BOD. It appears the Government did not follow those steps when it eliminated the existing BOD and moved in a whole new BOD on Conservatorship day. This questions the validity of the Governments installed BOD.
