That website/company is super legit and under Investor Relations it has 10Qs and 10Ks dating back to 2012. It also talks about "Total Sports Media". So this merger is already effective, we just need them to do the name change/ticker change, upload all the 10Ks and 10Qs, go current, become OTCQB and this stock should be trading above 1.00

BTW 1.00 shareprice with that OS is like $52M market cap. The way that pot company looks that looks more than sustainable.
