HERB doesn't need a trading division anymore. The sister already has one.

It's on the 5th floor of the "Yasheng building". HERB and the sister are on floors 10-15. You can see a picture of the building here, if you scroll down a little.

You can bet your shiny ass that they want to merge the 5 high value plantations (which is HERB now) with the sister company in Shanghai and its trading subsidiary. All they have now is a pepper and sunflower planting base.
