Yup sure seems that way! It’s clearly listed on the OTC Markets Page as HEFFX with the HEFFX company logo there as. In my view it couldn’t be clearer.

It’s said that Shayne Heffernan holds 60% of the outstanding shares which would explain why the stock rose strongly on comparatively low volume today.

Mr, Heffernan’s twitter handle is @ShayneHeffernan. The guy has a Ph.D in Economics!
