Before that it was by Friday (today) it would reach .01.

This is what happens when predictions are made for a specific PPS achievement by a specific date. 98% of the time the prediction fails, and a new prediction is made (and usually fails as well).

Much wiser to just never predict a specific PPS achievement for a specific date - unless one can point to hard facts, SEC filings, etc (and even then specific predictions usually fail).
