Good afternoon RSHN

We all know not much will happen today. It was a funny little fake out this morning on the $12.50 trade for 25k .0005s. The only 5s since 7/10 and 7/11 when they hit. Now everyone wants 5s as seen on the bid. That is how the MMS entice selling, however it doesn't look like any big longs are losing patience enough to whack the bid.

On days like this, I like to revisit my DD, sharpen it up if I can, or just reassure myself. Here is one piece of confirmation regarding the correct Authorized Shares is 9 Billion and not 12 billion. Follow the publicly filed documents.....

Now comes 11/15/18

It is somewhat understandable that it could be confused with 12 Billion, but in my opinino based on these facts, we're at 9 Billion Authorized. OTC changed it to 9 Billion once, but then changed it back. Likely the Transfer agent is confused, and just needs to be shown this information.

Anyone have any thoughts or disagree with this?
