A buyout is right on our doorstep...The NOLs alone will pay for the whole shot long term for the new owners...If they weren’t from outta Taiwan..I would worry and not sleep at night...$ 4.3 M was a deposit..nothing more...2 bidders were exposed by PWC...and the evidence would clearly show they exceeded $ 4.3 M..Game Over ! Now I await my portion...
