WHY would a CEO do this? Because they KNOW what's ahead and will get paid back MANY times more!! Great sign!! Some more churning needs to be done in the .023 - .025 area, but once that's up, it's coming and in a big Way! IMO. Especially with any decent update/news. This is a very good sign!!
