Folks here need to see the writing on the wall. 10mil preferred shares authorized and all are issued.
3billion authorized and 1.5 issued. 200mil was diluted since March. That is just the beginning. They will issue a ton and then either raise the AS again or reverse split. Anyone who says otherwise don’t seem to understand how raising funds on the otc works. RegA offering is not beneficial to retail traders.
