Cane all great questions. At this time I need to get the exact address and then visit the location. Once I visit and determine the class and frontage I can look up the comps. Of course the terms appear to be a lease with right to buy all three stories which includes offices. For that reason I want to speak to the company management and also determine what role this facility could also serve as a distribution point. My biggest questions however will be their reaction to the CURLF and FDA news and what effects this will have on the marketing and branding. The FDA is suppose to release guidelines in the Fall for CBD marketing. My fear is that this Federal agency has a long history of restrictions and intrusion and desire to control anything they can. IMO this is based on power and money and justification of their jobs (yes I am a libertarian). The good news is that Hemp and CBD are at this time along with spending money the few things Republicans and Democrats agree on. Good old Mitch from Kentucky has skin in this game so hopefully, he and the Dems will step on the "throat" of the FDA. Should be an interesting few months ahead. Have a good weekend.
