On pennies, when the market is closed, I always see the opposite.

At 8:00am I’ll see something like .0004 x 1.20 with the PPS at .45 or some other insane spread and then a few minutes before open it will change to something more reasonable like .44 x .45 and PPS at .45.

I don’t have L2 access, so I just assumed that after hours it was showing me lowest bid/highest ask.
