This is the way $UCPA is going. While no-one knows Q over Q what the change in O/S ownership by the management team will look like, the trend in ownership is up over a multi-year time frame.

Once the O/S not owned by management breaks below 160M it's a game changer. Management will then own 90% of the O/S. There was roughly 158M for the management team to acquire to reach that point as of the end of 1Q2019.

158M is less than the 187M management purchased in 2018.
