Looks like RSHN decided to not go to trial over the Awater trademark challenge by Daniel Christopherson. The court dates would have sent us into trial all the way up until Nov 2020. Makes sense not to get caught up in this fight. Good news is we got other trademarks and many others filed for presently for GRPS.
