Um...Everyone does realize that what PSTI has signaled here is that there will be NO material announcement, partnership, data, agreement, stocking, cure, pot rain forest, fountain of youth, alzheimers cure, etal. announced on JULY 31st, or ANYTIME prior to March 2020, capable of raising the stock price to even/only $1.00....

There is no other SPIN, sorry. The notion that this is a good thing, 'to bring in the institutions, by raising the price' is 100% USDA Prime Buffalo Sausage.

Remember how smart the 'tutes' and 'controller' is? Can you just imagine this conversation: Eric Schmidt at Cowan, "PSTI has the SOLUTION in their pocket, we ca buy for $0.45/share right now" BOD answers: "No Eric, we will only buy the stock when it hits $5.00/share, EVEN if it IS the CURE.". THIS IS SO STUPID.

DON'T BELIEVE ME?!?! ask yourself, IF they (moe & larry) HAVN'T been flying around the world talking to these same 'tutes' for the last 10 years about the 'solution in their pocket' - - - Then WHAT have they been doing ¿? ¿?
