Today seemed to be a heavy dilution day... not trying to state the obvious.. 8k says before or on 7/30/19 is the date we get an answer on reverse takeover deal. I’ve called the company and spoke to a few people who are very excited about the capital raise and deal. It’s very good for the company. I have emails out to the company heads. Waiting for answers back.
