I am not sure what does this mean; you mean that "the smart" have been aware all along of all the upcoming increase of AS, dilution and toxic notes for expansion, and held from 0.10 to the teens losing more than 80% in the process?, or I m misunderstanding your post?

Here is ONE amazing point that no one thought about before making such statement about "smart"; anyone who sold at any given PPS from 0.1 to here has absolutely LOST nothing at all and missed no run, and can buy now at will at the low all they want, those are the real smarts!!
