Armour, I am a accountant and work with SEC and GAAP rules daily. Rotmans financials would be the problem here. The problems if any problems are Vystars if anything and according to my knowledge they are still a 12/31 year end reporting company because this would/should have been disclosed on the 8-k upon agreement if there were to be a fiscal year end change. From my reading I didn’t see anything on there but correct me if I’m wrong.
