I was hoping you could help me with get better understanding:
1) Payment to Verus:
a) Regarding investors presentation per slide 14, when in process is payment made to Verus?
b) Can you clarify when in process payment is received for MLB items?
Reply: It depends upon the type of financing, so payment can happen at any stage. I can't give specific details on any order.
2) Is Verus responsible for any items on store shelves that don’t sell?
Reply: Some of the GCC business is at the wholesale level, so there are typically no returns. I will note that question and add that to our future comments as the business line grows, but as of now, it is not an issue
3) E-trade online buy issue still persists. The uplist hasn’t fixed the issue. Can you explain what next step is to address it?
Reply: We are working on a couple of things -- but can't comment.
4) Any info what Anshu’s TV interviews in Dubai were all about?
Reply: Waiting on that interview -- he will tweet that when it is available.
5) Financing seems to be go at a snails pace. I see grumblings on some of the message boards, any update there?
Reply: Commercial credit has been in work for many quarters -- and it is hard to get, but would mark a big step. Commercial credit is LIBOR+, so the terms are great. Keep an eye out for that day -- because we think it will eventually happen. International lines of credit, in particular, are the most difficult to sign.
