Bull - I did. When I took the picture with him I said this will be great for when I report back to the other investors and he said absolutely.

Emsco - Big enough for a VRUS banger for sure. Which is actually a good point. I would guess that the office space was about 1500 SF. I am seeing $87 a SF per year on another unit in the building.(https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/9841-Washingtonian-Blvd-Gaithersburg-MD/9207565/)

So lets say 1500 SF X $87 = $130,500/12 = $10,875 per month for rent. That alone gives me a great amount of confidence in their plan for the future. You don't spend that much on rent for no reason.
