My patience being tested as well. I expected more from this by now but do know at this level stock is undervalued.

I believe .10+ will come here as more take notice of the company and the strong numbers they are producing.

I had really hoped Doug would of just rolled 300 mil into preferred to really give OS a solid cut. 15% reduction while nice and is appreciated just doesn't bring any excitement.
