Numbers from shareholder meeting.
1.)10,000 shareholders
2.)Vietnam building 46000 sq feet with 9 lab rooms capable of producing 100 ton a year.
3.)First production batch 220 pounds Equal to 7000 yards of thread. (I'm assuming linear thread yards, not square yards of bolts of fabric.)
4.)Try to get on major exchange this Fall. Fall and Spring only time allowed for IPO's)
5.)Reverse split needed for several reasons. I think it's a good move (IMO)
6.) Polartec want thread ASAP. As musch as they can make. Polertec having biweekly conference call with John asking for detailed updates. Material being used for protective military clothing.
7.) Shoot packs still being tested. Our point man got another job.
Don't have a replacement at military, so not any communication going on.
8.) Another company much larger than polartec very interested in KBLB silk.
9.) 70 chairs set up for meeting with 2 guards. All seats filled.
10.) IR will start before the IPO. Going on information tour to financial institutions.
