Something's up in Lamberth's Court, could be big!

A series of new filings continued July 23rd from Plaintiff Joshua Angel, a long time litigant in that court. Most analysis has been on his "pro se" status as a largely insignificant complainant. Now look at this!

Herrick Feinstein LLP is a MAJOR restructuring and reorganization firm baaed in NYC. MAJOR. This firm has advised on huge real estate matters, the sale of major sports franchises including MLB, NFL and NBA teams. And represented stakeholders in Sears Holdings (noting Fairholme's substantial involvement in SHLD).

I note with interest that Mr. Angels NYC address on Park Avenue seems to also be Herrick Feinstein's NYC address. Hmmmmmmm.

Maybe this caae isn't such a nothingburger and deserves some serious attention. Angel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
